Terms and Conditions

Welcome to RigovoTrips. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the booking of our travel packages. By accessing our services or booking a trip with us, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Booking and Payments

• Advance Payment: To confirm a tour package, a minimum advance payment of 40% to 50% of the total trip cost is required at the time of booking.
• Final Settlement: The remaining balance must be cleared before the trip commences or upon arrival (as specified in your booking confirmation).
• Pricing Fluctuations: Prices are based on current rates for hotels and transport. RigovoTrips reserves the right to adjust prices in the event of sudden hikes in fuel costs, taxes, or third-party service charges before the final booking.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that plans change. Our standard cancellation policy is as follows:

• 30+ Days before travel: 100% refund (minus standard processing fees).
• 15 to 29 Days before travel: 50% refund of the total package cost.
• 7 to 14 Days before travel: 25% refund of the total package cost.
• Less than 7 Days / No-Show: No refund will be provided.
• Note: Flight, train, or bus ticket cancellations are strictly subject to the respective transport operator’s policies.

3. Itinerary Changes & Force Majeure

• Weather & Safety: Mountain destinations (like Manali, Shimla, and Kashmir) are subject to unpredictable weather, landslides, or heavy snowfall. RigovoTrips prioritizes your safety and reserves the right to alter or cancel itineraries if conditions are unsafe.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or extra costs incurred due to natural disasters, political unrest, road blockages, strikes, or other events beyond our control. Any additional expenses arising from such events must be borne by the traveler.

4. Traveler Responsibilities

• Valid Identification: All guests must carry a valid, government-issued original ID (Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter ID) during the trip. Hotels and local authorities (e.g., for Rohtang Pass permits) require this.
• Punctuality: Travelers are expected to adhere to the daily timings provided by their assigned drivers/guides to ensure the itinerary runs smoothly.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Third-Party Services: RigovoTrips acts as a travel organizer and coordinator. We partner with verified third-party hotels, cab operators, and activity providers. We are not directly liable for any injury, loss, damage, or delay caused by the negligence or default of these independent contractors.
• Personal Belongings: Travelers are entirely responsible for the safety of their personal luggage and valuables throughout the journey.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your travel bookings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
